Computer
Alan is totally addicted to computer. He could play with it whole day long. I am afraid it would be bad for his eyes. I decided to took away the laptop he has been playing with. Yesterday, when he came back from daycare. He knew something was missing, but didn't know how to verbalize it, and become very fussy. I ended up letting him watch three sing along tapes in a row. I need to think of something for him to do.

11-20
Now, Alan is learning number 11-20. He has a funny way to memorize them.
He would say "five-teen" for 15, and "two-ty" for 20. His logic does make some sense. I don't know why they call it fifteen instead "five-teen", and twenty instead of "two-ty". Number is still Alan's favorite thing.

Alan's cousins came over to visit us this weekend. Alan was very excited, and running around with smiling face. I tried to take a picture with all three kids together, but it was difficult. They were all busy with their own thing, and not listening to you. Here is one of the pictures I took.

New Baby
Alan's little brother is here. He was born on 9/7/02. Here is the birth annoucement at the GrowingFamily.com. Alan seems OK with the new arrival because all the baby does is just eat and sleep, and so we still can spend most of the time with him. He is amused when the baby cries.

Day Care
Starting September 3rd, Alan has been going to day care. He did his first visit on the August 26. We spent one hour with him over there. Even though the Day Care has lots new toys, but we can tell that Alan wasn't feeling too comfortable. Alan had a rough first week at the day care. The first two days were tough on him. He cried most of time. He even cried in his dream. He is getting more comfortable now, and able to enjoy his daily activities with other kids, and new teachers. He got sick last Friday, and ended up staying home Monday and Tuesday this week. Hopefully, he will get used to the new situation soon.

August Update
I only took two pictures for Alan for the entire month of August. So I combine August and September into one album, and it up now. I will add more to it once I have more pcitures.

So, not much going on in August except that Alan suddenly knows how to use the mouse at the last two days of this month. Now he can play the computer games by himself. We also found couples web sites that Alan enjoys going to.
